Fitbit Warranty Support & Service
All Fitbit devices come with a one year warranty. The warranty covers the device itself but not accessories such as a charger, straps/bands due to wear and tear. Users need not register for the warranty. The warranty will start upon device activation.
Within seven days exchange/return due to faulty device, follow the instruction below:
Return the item with all its accessories including straps and charger in the original packaging box (please include a copy of support email thread to identify the problem) to our receiving agent office (for all returned mails and parcels only) at:

The operating hour of our agent office is from 8.30 am to 5 pm, Mon to Fri.
After we have retrieved and ascertained everything is in order, you have the choice of a replacement item or receive a refund via PayPal (our payment service provider), which may take one to two days.
After seven days but before the one year warranty period:
If Fitbit support still asks the customer to go back to the seller for exchange/return, then the customer needs to email us the correspondence between him/her and Fitbit Support. After that, we shall inform the customer about the procedure.
